As a Project Manager for Wylie, Michael’s responsibilities include project management, client contact/maintenance, mechanical design and coordination, construction observation, the design, coordination and drawing of mechanical systems. Michael works closely with our clients and other team members in support of “green” building services such as LEED Certification criteria, ENERGY STAR building rating, and energy services such as energy modeling, audits, and utility bill analysis. He also participates in Energy Modeling procedures and practices and prepares the interim and final reports. Michael has performed these duties on various types of projects, including corporate and commercial office buildings, tenant interiors, healthcare facilities, research and development laboratories, manufacturing/industrial facilities, and retail/restaurant projects.
